When a match is cancelled or incomplete, 3kvi follows the rules below:
- Cancelled before the match starts: The full stake on all bets is refunded instantly.
- Match abandoned after starting (fewer overs played than scheduled): In cricket, a result is generally considered valid once a minimum of 5 overs have been completed. If fewer than that are played, the bet is cancelled and the full stake is refunded.
- Duckworth-Lewis Method Result: Results declared under the Duckworth-Lewis method are considered official in line with international rules, and bets are settled accordingly.
- Tie or No Result: Refunds apply in most markets. Certain markets (such as tie bets) are settled separately.
Refunds are generally credited to your 3kvi wallet within 12 hours of the announcement. If it takes longer, contact us via live chat with the match name and bet ID.

Changes made via support:

Higher odds mean a lower chance of winning but a bigger payout if you do; lower odds mean a higher chance of winning but a smaller return. In live betting, odds update every few seconds based on how the match is unfolding.
A wagering or rollover requirement refers to how many times you must bet with your bonus funds before you can withdraw them.
Example: Say you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a 100% bonus of another ৳1,000. If the wagering requirement on the bonus is 20x, then:
- Wagering requirement: ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000
- The bonus funds become withdrawable once ৳20,000 in total bets has been completed
